Delivery
Each garment is dispatched in custom packaging designed to
deliver your tie, cravat or scarf in pristine condition.
We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.
In order to pass on to you the benefits of value for money,
we avoid using an express service. Our delivery schedules

Returns / Refund Policy / Order Cancellation
In the unlikely event of your tie, cravat or scarf arriving
in anything less than perfect condition please use the 'Contact
Us' form and we will send you instructions regarding the
return for a free replacement or a refund.
All items leave us in perfect condition, so please do not
accept delivery of an item which has obviously been damaged
in transit.
If you are not satisfied with your tie, cravat or scarf for
any other reason, you may return it to us for a refund. It
must be returned in "as new" condition, and in original
packaging. We request you please 'Contact
Us' with details before you return the garment. Should
you wish to cancel your order please contact us with your
details for a full refund.
Complaints
Our aim is to please, give satisfaction and offer value for
money. Should you have a complaint please use the contact
us form, your communication will be dealt with as speedily
and efficiently as possible.
Insurance
All our garments are insured. In the rare event of non-delivery
or damage, the problem should be reported to us using the
'Contact Us' form . If a
claim for damage in transit is to be made, please keep ALL
the packing.
